Communications regarding the preparation of your tax return will be kept strictly confidential. We collect nonpublic information from you in order to accurately prepare your tax return. We may collect some of this information from third party sources with your permission. We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about you to anyone, unless we are required to do so by law, or you give us express written permission to share such information. Ethically, we are required to include all of the information given to us on your tax return. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
